It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of long time ORPA Highpower Director Barb Smith. Barb passed away on October 20th, 2016. Anybody that has shot any of the ORPA rifle matches knew Barb. In addition to her ORPA duties, Barb helped out with FOCP shooting events doing the squadding and making sure the shooters were squadded with their friends or those folks that were sharing firearms with other shooters. She will be missed!
